What should I do if I find white ants!
CTermites (white ants) should not be disturbed when found by homeowners to successfully eradicate the termite colony attacking a property.
The main termite nest is usually located in a tree, on or underground. If not disturbed, we can solve termite problems in client’s properties by directly treating the termites, their nests or installing termite bait systems in and around the building and the colony can be destroyed.
If I find white ants in my property/building, should I spray them? No!
It is not possible to eliminate the termite colony by spraying a few hundred or thousand termites. What happens is the colony is at best suppressed, only to regroup and attack the building again later. Structural damage that may not be found and could well be extensive costing hundreds of dollars, even thousands if not inspected on a regular annual basis
